The Wilde & Company team and families celebrated three new Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) grads at the CPA Alberta event in Edmonton last weekend. After achieving their university business degrees, CPA students article while taking six additional courses over a few years, ending with a three day Comprehensive Final Exam (CFE). Tanya Kropielnicki, Grayson Soprovich and Eric Guilbault were ecstatic and very relieved to learn that they had successfully passed the 2019 CFE.
We congratulate Tanya, Grayson and Eric for successfully completing this final step in obtaining their Chartered Professional Accountant designations.
Tanya Kropielnicki: Tanya loves preparing and translating financial statements for farmers, leveraging her personal experience from the Kropielnicki family farm. An avid community volunteer and treasurer of the Mundare Curling Club, Tanya also enjoys helping NPO’s with system improvement through operational reviews and timely financial reporting. Her positive attitude and strong communication skills make her a highly valued team member. Tanya and her fiancée Dalton Durie are excited about their June wedding, where Tanya can now happily focus her energy.
Grayson Soprovich: Grayson’s passion for sports fires up the office in friendly competition with playoff pools and colourful Oilers conversation. Growing up and working on the Soprovich family farm has given him deep understanding of our agricultural clients. He is a strong contributor to our Tech Pod, helping with digitization of processes and implementing tech efficiencies. Grayson also enjoys recruiting new CPA students and introducing them to the unique Wilde & Company culture. His girlfriend Ashley Rinke, CPA and her daughter Emily are very happy Grayson will have a little more free time post CFE.
Eric Guilbault: A farm kid from Glendon, Eric is well suited to helping our farm clients understand their year end financial benchmarks and ensure that AgriInvest and AgriStability are maximized. He enjoys financial statement preparation and tax optimization for a variety of small business clients he works with. Now that he is done his CPA studies, Eric may have more time to do some volunteer volleyball coaching, which he is passionate about. Eric is looking forward to his summer wedding to fiancée Emily Downey, another CPA student.
